We run camps from 30 to 2,000+ participants. Larger camps are split across days or staffed with parallel stations.

We prefer to serve cities within a day's drive of an existing office. For one-off camps further out, we can still quote — factor in travel time for our team.
A typical camp needs 2–3 rooms (screening, blood draw, consult) plus a waiting area. We bring screens, generators, and stabilised power if required.
For corporate camps, 50% is due on confirmation, 50% on completion. Enterprise accounts can request a 30-day invoicing arrangement after the first camp.
