We work with manufacturing plants, BPO and IT companies, hospitals, educational institutions, and government bodies. Any organisation with 20 or more employees qualifies for an onsite camp.
Individual health reports are shared only with the employee — never with HR without written consent. The HR group summary is fully anonymised. All data is stored encrypted and deleted or archived per your retention agreement.
Yes. For multi-location organisations, we deploy independent teams to each site and deliver a consolidated group report across all locations. This is common with retail chains, banks, and multi-plant manufacturers.
The employee is flagged privately in their report with a recommended follow-up action. Our medical team is available for a post-camp teleconsult at no extra charge for flagged employees in the Standard and Premium packages.
Yes. Pre-employment medical packages are available for both bulk onsite screening and individual referral. These include standard fitness-to-work parameters and can be customised by industry or role.
Standard terms are 50% on confirmation and 50% within 7 days of camp completion. Established accounts with three or more completed camps can apply for 30-day net invoicing.
The anonymised group report includes: test completion rate, prevalence of key health indicators (hypertension, high blood sugar, hearing loss, etc.), year-on-year comparison if applicable, and a prioritised list of recommended wellness interventions.
